IC permissions

• physical contact She does not appreciate it. While she has no problem initiating physical contact on her own, Tomoe DOES NOT tolerate being approached, touched or looked at with clearly lewd intentions. She's a high-ranking dragon and a female samurai, forgetting that comes at your own risk.
• mental contact Yes and no. Magic of the Mind, memories and illusions is her strong suit, so no to any attempts to manipulate or control her in such a manner (without asking first). Stuff like telepathy for the sake of communication are okay, tho.
• fighting/injury Your character is always welcome to try, but lets talk about anything serious first.

• other Tomoe is an extremely powerful greater dragon (think a post-end content hidden EX difficulty level boss in a game), who has taken on a human form as a result of her contract with her 'young master', Makoto Misumi. While she appears generally human, there are several small tells that she's not; light blue hair whose ends tend to trail off like wisps of mist, red eyes with reptilian-like slit pupils, as well as generally inhuman abilities, senses and strength.
